The process of H-1B visa application for jobs in the US will start on Monday. Among the high-skilled Indian professionals, this work visa is the most sought after. This time, the Trump Administration will investigate this visa application.
American Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has indicated that minor mistakes in the application will not be accepted. This time the rate of application rejected is expected to be very high. The USCIS is a federal agency looking at the H-1B visa process. USCIS warned of canceling duplicate applications long before the H-1B visa application process began for the 2019 fiscal year.
In the earlier years, companies used to fill duplicate applications so that the possibility of getting elected through the lottery selection would be more. Apart from this, it has also been said that the request for urgent request of H-1B visa will be rejected. In view of the large number of application applications and their investigation, the premium visa process has been temporarily stopped.
The applicants have been asked to complete all sections of the application form correctly and include a copy of the valid passport of the visa holder with the application. USCIS has not indicated that computer draws for visas will be removed as in the previous years. This was done when applications received much more than the maximum number of H-1B visas set by the US Parliament. Parliament has set the maximum limit for issuing 65,000 visas for every financial year. Like previous years, Indian companies have to pay a lot more fees than other countries. Each H-1B visa application will cost $ 6,000 (about 3.9 lakh).
